squeefulfish | Oral fixation

My tongue bar has to come out. I know this. It just does. And yet every time I think "should take it out now and get it over and done with" I don't do it. I think I'm waiting for someone to just say "take it out NOW, you're killing babies with it." This really shouldn't be something I'm dwelling on, but I always have been a little on the orally fixated side. Gonna be strange without it though.
