The last 18 years have pretty much flown and my baby sister is now a proper growed up. Wow.
OPD continues. It's not my favourite department just because it's so busy I've little time to spend with the women. Very, very little time. And people wonder why I wanna go independent (or if I do wind up staying in hospitals, in a DOMINO scheme or midwife led unit. Both of which are annoyingly hard to get into.) Hands are almost at the bleeding stage of being washed away.
Another bladder infection. Gah. ++ blood, + protein, pelvic pain. Fun with drinking lots and widdling lots.
Marfa's 18. Crikey.
Off Friday, will be in Dublin to study and hopefully get to a doc. The supply of kittens and rainbows seems to have dried up a little. Saturday I'm clogging the streets of Dublin on the ICTU march and studying. Sunday moar study and feeding the hungry horde. So much to do. Over the next couple of months I have three essays, two presentations, one antenatal class to lead, one silly online discussion thing, one exam for 3rd year, work on dissertation and Schol. Eep. I'm sure I've forgotten something. Oh yeah, sleep. Getting onto that now! Night all.
