Noms!
Nom. This week has mostly been made of tastiness.
Donegan's/Donegans/whatever Tuesday (steak!)
Yamamori Wednesday (gyoza!)
Harry's today (beef!)
Best roast beef dinner I've had in ages, beef fell apart just by looking at it and was almost literally melt in the mouth. Only complaint was only getting one roast potato (there was also mash, don't worry, I got well carbed up) but with the huge hunks of meat that's not the worst complaint in the world. Followed it up with toblerone cheesecake, which was more mousse-like than cheesecake but with chunks of toblerone in it. Could have done with actual mint as a garnish instead of whatever random leaves that looked like mint but weren't that got plonked on the side (may well have been some sort of mint, but wasn't a tasty one.) I was the only one who tried to munch the mint, fully believing that everything on a plate should be edible. Regretted that one.
Overall, nommy meal and that place has yet to disappoint. Tastiness in Drawwda!
Now, I did miss the entire samba festival, but then it's been a very busy weekend. With luck there'll be one next year.
