Back. Safe. Sane. Have found my spine again. Have used it. Did not panic afterwards that I was being a heartless bitch for using my new spine. I like spines. They're great.

Suspect I need to see the sea more often. As soon as I hear the waves tension buggers off and leaves me alone. Must do that again and more often, even Clogherhead has a rather nice beach with some rocks to scramble over and twist ankles on. Though Mornington has some lovely dunes for hiding in with a picnic. Had a tremendously relaxing couple of days, barely spoke to anyone (sometimes I need alone time), walked so much, let out some of the tension, did my first ever incredibly touristy bus tour of "cameras ready, to the left and *click*, to the right and *click*. Off the bus, you have 30 minutes to eat and *click*" But at the same time quite fun to let the last of my brain switch off. Trouble is it doesn't do cold starts at all well. Lots of yummy food and drink and huh? You sell mead to tourists? For HOW MUCH? Eek!

Phone's back on. But not to idiots.
