Temporal bones are surprisingly translucent, when you just have the bones, not when they're covered in muscle and skin and filled with that grey blobby stuff. There ya go. Random observation of the day.
Oh, and I'm doing some fun with meeja coverage of birth, particularly BBAs. So I guess in a roundabout way I should thank Joe Duffy for getting me angry all those weeks ago. First time in ages I've been excited about a project. Now off home with you, Sarah and remember that sleep is not for the weak!
