Dec. 1st, 2006 04:46 pmWell that was a nicely stressful week but hopefully now that November's over it'll all start getting better again. Normally I love November, unpacking scarves and hats, darkness that's proper and dark and scares the bejaysus out of you when you walk down country lanes too late, all the carbs in the world being in my tummy and most importantly, my birthday. This year though.... It's been far too much in keeping with my normal routine of good odd numbered years. Still, I'm alive and mostly well with chocolate in my bag and that's all that matters to me right now.
Last day of classes today, rather terrifying to realise now more than halfway through proper classes for the year. Coupla weeks off after the next couple of weeks of silliness and exams and essay and Bord Altranais meeting stuff and more drinking than I'm used to. This year has flown past so quickly.
Must do some sewing over the weekend and put on a couple of gallons of mead and at least one experimental brew involving apples. Then maybe some work on chocolate truffle cheesecake things. Anyone wanna be a guinea pig? If I eat any more chocolate this week I'll undo all my anti-diabetes hard work.
