Dec. 10th, 2008 01:00 amHeh. That bubbling noise that I've been hearing for the last couple of hours? The one that was driving me crazy? Yeah, it was the mead. I'm super cleber...
And, er, is it just me, or is it traditional to hold Christmas exams before Christmas? Am confused that mine are in 2009. But happy for having the Three Weeks Woo! off beforehand. One's a ticky box for pharmacology - drugs are actually quite useful, mmkay - the other an OSCE for lactation. Or "boobies class" as it's known. It is seemingly impossible to get through the week these days without a lot of boob fondling.
Three Weeks Woo! Really, woo. So much woo. I'm going to sleep! No, really. Also, have slept every night for, um, 10 days? in a row now! Admittedly only 2-4 hours, but still, sleep! (Obviously not getting enough, given my abuse of both language and punctuation.) Night terrors haven't been helping, mind. But yes, sleep and study will feature heavily in the next three weeks. I've not really been with it the last few weeks, so have some catch up to do to get back to my normal standard.
Class party on Friday. Really looking forward to it. Mum's brother and sister are visiting tomorrow, the sister and her husband staying for some days. Looking forward to the weekend, to potentially being Caked, to kitteh therapy, to Christmas, to midwifery nerdery in Edinburgh and the year of kittens and rainbows.
