Especially when a brain fog has descended thanks to the less savoury side effects of antibiotic therapy.
Eva and Emma are down, Nini's at dancing. Emma's showing off that she knows her full name (a ridiculous double-barreled affair that's the opposite way round to her sister's ridiculous double-barreled affair) but keeps forgetting what her middle name is. It's Patricia, after her other grandmother, who she knows as nanna tricia. So we're being told by the child that her name is Emma nanna tricia. Bit cute. (Also, she keeps forgetting the part of her surname that's her father's, I doubt he'd be too impressed.)
