Nov. 10th, 2009 12:23 amPatient seen in triage c/o sleeplessness, exhaustion, dizziness, feeling cold.
O/E: T: 37.1 P: 78 BP: 125/74 31 years HCG negative
Hx: inability to sleep on a Sunday night, walking nearly 15km in boots that don't fit anymore in the cold and wet. No med/surg hx disclosed.
Plan: Admit to bed. Reduce caffeine intake to minimum levels for life support. Await events.
Rx: 250ml warm milk with nutmeg nocte 1/52.
