Little over an hour now to decide what shoes to wear to the first Communion gig. This is as complicated as today is allowed get. There will be no Drama, there will be no shouting, nuffink. I decree it. So, I think, unless a perfectly made mug of coffee arrives in front of me in the next 10 seconds that I'll be going for the black with the 4.5 inch heels cos damnit I wanna be tall. (Mum never broke 5 foot, for my Communion she made me stand in a hole so I wouldn't be as tall as than her in the photos. It's been requested that I not wear heels but meh.)

Off now to the shop to buy something to make me last the day without murder/snotty tears. Oh, and M+S magic knickers are just weeeeird, not least because "my size" has a 14 inch waist. I'm afraid to try them on.

That's all my day's going to be about. Yeah.
