Off-duty woes.

Come January it seems I'll be doing some research into the effects of sleep deprivation on student midwives and their ability to care for women. Moving from a late shift (20.15 finish, should be home round 22.30) to an early the next day (07.30 start, up at 04.00) is going to be be very interesting indeed. Ah, 4 hours sleep is enough when you're on your feet all day, right? Right?
It's looking like there'll be no New Year celebrations happening in my life. Crapola.
