Right, so in an attempt to figure out when the hell I can register (not least because my public liability insurance will run out at the end of the month unless I register) I toodled around the TCD portal to see what college thinks. I'm apparently eligible to register, have failed second year and am also a third year. All at the same time. And the only results up for pretty much anything in Health Sciences are still only the supplementals, which does not help. Bah.
