Domestic violence in pregnancy, focussing on the midwife/woman relationship. With particular emphasis on hospital policies and procedures for broaching the subject in the clinical areas. This is nicely symmetrical to my mind, in a way. I could have gone a completely different way after the M incident. And I've heard enough stories to know that this is a huge issue. I'm going to have some serious issues keeping to the 10,000 word limit.
