(no subject)

Spending more than 10 minutes reading the infection control manual does funny things to the brain. I passed by the sink in the utility room and there was a half eaten plum in it (the kids were down today.) My first thought was "Bloody hell, is that a bit of a placenta? Oh, no, it's just a clot. Funny colour though. Still, it shouldn't be in the sink! That's not where it goes!" I may have slight issues with letting go at the end of the day.

In other not really news, I've the bestest friends in the world. I keep saying it cos it's true. It's been a bit of an odd couple of days emotionally but I'm still far off the drama and comedy that's normal for my life. Which is great. Just like my wunnerful friends.

I may need to lay off the chocolate. Moving onto some well deserved beer. Beer. Yum.
