Jan. 23rd, 2007 04:17 pmThe god of Yeast in the Right Places seems pleased with me. Bagels. I made bagels. They're yummy. And bagel like. Also, gallon of sticky mead (recipe number 4) is fermenting happily enough for something that's being kept in the unheated utility room. Will be ready around early June. Gallon of peach wine goes on tonight if I can get a couple of hours in the kitchen. Gallon of non-sticky mead was found in the shed this morning. I knew I had a spare gallon somewhere. Had stuck it out there to clear. Hurrah!
