squeefulfishSee, if I'd just gotten a kitten at the start of the year when I proclaimed that I was accepting nothing less than kittens and rainbows from the universe I wouldn't have just had to shovel up mounds of rat droppings from the shed. For reasons only known to my mother, the excess dog food has been kept out there for the last month or so. Rats being rats of course they binged at the buffet. They're getting bloody cheeky and have been seen playing in the back garden during the day!
Today was the months mind Mass for my granny. It really doesn't feel like only a month, but then it's been an action packed month involving emotional rollercoasters and college annoyances. Family came over, food was had. I've now got 4L of goat's milk to use up so I see a lot of brown bread in my baking future.
This week's college annoyance is a debate on various midwifery ethically relatedy thingies. Ick. What's worse yet is I've been allocated to the pro-life bunch. Am now at the stage where I'd rather fail than stand up and speak on something I do not believe in. Mind you, I just need to turn up and say hello and I'll pass the module, thanks to the 95% in the previous assignment. Hmm, tempty. All the same, someone administer a kick up the arse? Still looking at a first, wanna keep that.
