squeefulfish2007's shaping up well so far I must say. Lack of The Dress last night wasn't such a bad thing in the end, the amount of compliments [1] for the cheap-ass suit, shirt [2], tie, docs combo. Eee. Green docs again. Happiness. Greenness. There is some blistering of heels which is all part of the ritual of new docs, but it's not like I do anything that requires me to be on my feet all day. Ahem.
Speaking of which, back tomorrow. By train! Eeeee! I love trains! I don't love that the station's 3 miles away, but I could use the exercise. Won't save time or anything, just there's no other way of me getting in for half 7. Vocation, worth it, yadda yadda yadda. And it is worth it, just... well... annoying, but at least this way I can't stay in Drawwda for the next 4 years. And hurrah for that anyway.
Nice early night for me tonight. Cocoa. Book. Asleep for 9. Such an old granny.
[1] Whether deserved or not, I don't care. Easiest way in the world to get me to shut the hell up or calm down, tell me I'm pretty and keep saying it, preferably while patting my head. Not so much a girl as a puppy.
[2] Oddly, I'm still the same collar size I was before the weight loss. Or I could be nicer about it and say I'm still the same collar size as I was when I was 17. Yeah, that'll work.
