ddislala brung me to Yamamori for foody goodness this evening and after a glass of bubbly and two of splishy splashy I was quite squiffy and wanted to seduce someone. And then there was some beer. Most pleasant evening of chatting and talking about how I so love my job (I really, really do!) and how everyone seems to be growing up and getting married and how we're middle-aged teenagers.
I'm still quite quite full but sober again. Not used to this alcohol thing anymore. Which is weird, considering I've five gallons of the stuff sitting in various places about the house. (One of cider, one of peach, two of mead and one of orange n raisin.)
Must pop into work tomorrow to collect a thank you card (squee!) and drop off timesheets for the fortnight of placement. Then back to the Lecky. Where, I was relieved to discover, there aren't actually wolves.
